Your own art
Bring your logo, see it on the door
Drop in your artwork and preview it on a cab door. We start your proof from this file.
- Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) stay sharp at any size.
- PNG or JPG logos should be at least 800 pixels wide.
- Cut vinyl suits solid shapes and a few flat colors. Tell us in your notes if the art has gradients or photos.
No art yet. PNG, JPG, SVG and WebP files show here. PDF, AI and EPS files are accepted without a preview.

Vinyl
Match the film to the surface
Flat door skin, riveted hood or night-time visibility call for different vinyl. We pick the right one for each decal and say why on your proof.
| Film | Best for | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Calendered | Flat panels like doors, tailgates and toolboxes | Stiffer on curves and rivets |
| Cast | Curved hoods, fenders and fleet sets that need to last | Costs more per square foot |
| Reflective | Numbers and marks that must be seen at night | Limited color choices |
| Perforated | Rear and side glass | Image is clearest from outside |
How an order runs
From request to a truck that is legal and looks sharp

Apply and drive
Pick up and apply, or have your shop do it. Instructions ship with every order.
Compliance
Get the DOT lettering right
Interstate carriers must mark their trucks. We build every USDOT decal set to the points below, so an inspector reads it the first time.
- Where
- Both sides of each power unit.
- What
- Legal company name and USDOT number. Many carriers add an MC number.
- Size
- Letters at least 2 inches tall.
- Color
- Contrasts with the cab so it reads from 50 feet.
- Condition
- Kept legible and not hidden by other graphics.
Check the current FMCSA rules and any state requirements for your operation. This summary is general information, not legal advice.
